TL 250™

Designed as a multi-purpose lightweight traffic door, the TL 250 utilizes RubbAir's EZ-Hang hardware to alleviate the complications associated with installing most traffic doors and to allow the door to swing up to 135º in either direction. Constructed of ¼" thick high impact ABS, the TL 250 is reinforced along the full vertical length of the jamb edge with a ¾" (19mm) ABS stile and an aluminum channel cap.

The flexible nature of the door, combined with the dimensional stability offered by the back edge reinforcement, allows the door to function well in high traffic areas where cart and personnel traffic dominate. Ideal for user in restaurants between kitchen and dining areas, supermarkets and retail stores between stock rooms and sales floors, and any other application necessitating an attractive, durable, and affordable traffic door that can be installed and maintained with minimum effort. The TL 250, like all RubbAir doors, is custom manufactured to fit within 1/8" (3.2mm)  tolerance of the finished opening and is available with a variety of options and in a wide range of colors.

EZ-Hang Hardware

Designed to not only facilitate effortless door swing, but door installation as well, RubbAir's EZ-Hang hardware swings up to 135º in either direction and can be installed in a fraction of the time it takes to hang most traffic doors. By securing into the header, jamb, and floor the EZ-Hang hardware provides multiple points of support and helps reinforce weak frames. Once the top angle bracket and jamb guard are in place the door can be positioned, adjusted, and then secured and operable in under 5 minutes.
