The Flap-R Door is designed for use in all industrial and warehouse applications where a temperature controlled environment is desired such as Food Processing, Cold Storage Warehouses, Manufacturing Plants, Restaurant and Retail Stores. • Heavy duty, Galvanized steel, self closing gravity hinges that mount at the top of door jambs, eliminating the need for bottom hinges that can be damaged and restrict traffic.
•   2-ply Green USDA accepted vinyl coated nylon totaling 80 ounces of weight per sq. yd.
•   Temperature range from -20ºF to + 120ºF (-29°C to +49°C)
• 18"w x 15"h (457mm x 381mm) clear vision area
• 3" (76mm) door overlap to ensure better thermal barrier

• Minimal wind or negative pressure conditions
• Maximum door size of 10' 0"w x 12' 0"h (3048mm x 3658mm)
• Applications where the width of the load is greater than 60% of the opening.

• Wear Panels can be applied where sharp edged loads or motorized traffic are being utilized.
• Standard wear panels consist of 0.125" (3.2mm) thick USDA abrasion and cut resistant Surlyn material fastened.
