ABOUT SPOTGIRL CARDS
All cards are 4.5 x 6.25" and printed on smooth white card stock. Each comes with a coordinating A6 envelope.
PERSONALIZATION AND PROOFING
Please enter personalization info in the space provided. For invitations, enter text on one line. We will layout the copy in a way that best suits the design. An email proof will be sent within 24 hours of placing order. The layout must be approved by customer before order will be printed and shipped. Any text edits must be made at this time and returned with approval. A second proof will be sent upon request. Orders that are not approved by customer within three days will be cancelled and no fee will be charged. (Customer will be notified of a cancellation.)
PAYMENT
Spotgirl accepts payment from Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit card details are collected using a secured server. Credit cards will not be charged until the package is ready to be shipped.
SALES TAX
New York State residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase. You will be notified if there is ever a delay and let you know when item will be shipped. Orders (US only) are shipped via USPS.
SHIPPING COSTS are based on the amount of your total order:
under $25.00: $3.00 (First-Class Mail)
$25.00 - $75.00: $6.00 (Priority Mail)
$75.00 - $150.00: $9.00 (Priority Mail)
$150.00 and up: $12.50 (Priority Mail)
RETURNS
We are confident that you'll love our products. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 10 days. Personalized items are not returnable unless it was a mistake on our part. But if you're somehow still not happy, please contact us and we'll see what we can do. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package back. Once we receive the package, we'll issue a refund or exchange it for something else. Shipping charges are not refundable.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy and would never sell or distribute your personal information to any other party or organization. The information collected is only used to complete your order.
