SHIPPING
For our Standard Shipping Methods we use UPS Ground & US Postal Service. Depending upon your package size, weight, and distance to travel delivery time will normally range from 3 to 5 business days. Due to recent incidents we now require a signature for all packages shipped UPS.
We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Just fill in your information in the usual way. USPS Tracking is only available for the following mail classes:
o Express Mail® o Global Express Guaranteed® o Express Mail International® o Priority Mail International®**
*Priority Mail International only has tracking to major cities and destinations.
Items marked "AVAILABLE IN-STORE ONLY" are not able to be shipped. They are considered to be Hazardous Materials, due to being Flammable or Aerosols.
RETURNS 1) 30 days from purchase NO cash refund will be given. Instead you will receive a Store Credit. 2) 90 Days from purchase NO returns will be accepted 3) Returns that are received in a condition that deems ANY type of use will NOT be credited and will be charged shipping to be returned to the customer. Please obtain AUTHORIZATION for returns by email or phone. 4) Discounts will ONLY be given on MARKED and SALE items.. 5) Absolutely NO RETURNS on items altered in ANYWAY. 6) All items already worn are NONRETURNABLE, except manufacture defects. 7) ALL tags and receipts are REQUIRED for returns and exchanges
