Hot Split Transfer Printing Experts - BERDA.COM
For
standard HOT-SPLIT TRANSFERS
IMPORTANT TIP: Always do a test print on a piece of scrap material before starting a production run. Use one of the extra transfers and cut it into pieces for your test.
| STEP 1. | Set heat press Temperature to 375°. |
| (Let your heat press warm up for at least 10 minutes) | |
| STEP 2. | Set Pressure to Firm. |
| STEP 3. | Set Time for 15 Seconds. |
| STEP 4. | Pre-heat the Heat Press Platen (the bottom pad) for 60 Seconds. |

(This
is a very important step!)

| STEP 5. | Pre-heat garment for 10 Seconds. |
| (This removes moisture from the garment--a necessary step.) | |
| STEP 6. | Place transfer on the garment and press for 15 Seconds. |
| STEP 7. | Open heat press and peel transfer immediately in a smooth, even motion from one corner to the opposite corner. |
