Bally's Rack Supported Assembly

Using Bally's exclusive Piece "A" Clip and assembly, we can take advantage of structural racking as the structure to support our panels. This eliminates the need and cost for a redundant structure or space wasting interior columns. As it turns out, our rack supported refrigerated warehouses are extremely resistant to hurricanes and seismic events. All of our rack supported refrigerated warehouses in the Caribbean have resisted the strongest hurricanes intact. Bally's Speed-Lok and interior Strap system adds to the structural strength of the facility, and maintains tight sealing joints..

During a recent hurricane on the Pacific coast of Mexico, a container was blown into a large Bally refrigerated warehouse damaging several panels. The intense change in pressure blew the doors off, but the remaining panels remained in place and intact, preventing a total loss of the facility and its contents. After a quick replacement of a few damaged Bally panels and the doors, the facility was back in operation. With any other type of insulated panel (without Speed-Loks or straps), the facility and contents would certainly have been a complete loss for its owner.
