Although many competitors have been improving the quality of their panel, others still cut many corners in quality. Many new installations look alike initially, but their true quality reveals itself over the years in condensation and icing at the joints and ever increasing maintenance and energy costs.

Ceiling Panel
  • Poorly formed and foamed ceiling panel.
Wall Panels
  • Notice the poorly formed tongue edge, and panel skin nailed to the frame.
Several Panels
  • Notice the wood frame inside the panel and poorly formed grooves.
Door Panel
  • Notice the wood frame and wood blocks. As we all know, wood can break, absorb
moisture, rot and twist preventing a
    good seal.
Typical delamination even before instalation
  • De-lamination is a common occurrence with
continuous line manufactured panels - even
before the panels have been installed!

  • With Bally panels, there is no waste.
All panels are used and locked together, unlike cut and paste assembly of other panel types.
