It's not as simple as taking a product off of a shelf, placing it in a box, and shipping it to you. There are several steps (each of which takes time) to produce your order.

Standard production time for most of our products is 2 weeks + shipping transit time (up to 5 days) which depends on your location. This makes for a total time to receive your order of up to 3 weeks. We understand that if you need your order for a special event or a critical deadline, that you must have your order faster.

Non-Fulfillment of Orders

We do not keep in stock all of the garments that we sell. Some garments must be custom ordered to fulfill a customers order. We cannot be responsible for our supplier's mistakes in the fulfillment of an order. Moreover, we cannot be responsible for the loss of a shipment as a result of a mistake by the transporation company. Further, Berda cannot assume liability for non-fulfillment of orders caused by: weather conditions, strikes, fires, inability to obtain materials, embargoes, or other causes beyond our control.
